I've been a loyal customer of this store for years and have always enjoyed the positive atmosphere, thanks to the great products and the valuable advice from the staff. However, today's experience left me feeling quite the opposite. We were not only rudely treated and yelled at while waiting outside, but the manager even suggested we take our business elsewhere.
Arrived just before closing, and the staff graciously allowed me to shop at ease. Their expertise in hair dye products and the discounts through my rewards program were impressive. Their product knowledge and recommendations were spot on. The store's cleanliness and organization are top-notch. I'll definitely return.
