Feeling a bit rattled after a recent incident when my family and I tried to enter this establishment. I've been a loyal customer of this store for years and have always enjoyed the positive atmosphere, thanks to the great products and the valuable advice from the staff. However, today's experience left me feeling quite the opposite. We were not only rudely treated and yelled at while waiting outside, but the manager even suggested we take our business elsewhere.About

Came for a Brazilian wax and this place is fantastic! They made me feel so at ease, and the atmosphere is pristine and pleasant. The pricing is also very reasonable compared to others in the area. I was assisted by Taylor and highly recommend her, she’s extremely personable and laid-back, made me feel at ease.
