When I visited the United States for a haircut, Taylor and Riley provided exceptional service. They were both fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone interacted positively. The students and stylists were all friendly and supportive. Taylor, who was responsible for my haircut, did an outstanding job. Transitioning from long hair to a pixie cut was a challenge, but Taylor executed it perfectly, and I am beyond thrilled with the result. Thanks to Riley and Taylor, I am a satisfied customer who truly appreciates the experience and final outcome.
My experience in the United States was incredible! My hairdresser's name was Jordan and they did an outstanding job, they were extremely friendly and kept up a lively conversation with me throughout the entire appointment. I had never dyed my hair before and decided to get some highlights. The cost was reasonable and fell within my budget. The only downside was that I had to tip in cash, and I only had $4 on me. The appointment took about 3 and a half hours, so be prepared to spend some time there. They are still in training, so patience is key, but I will definitely be returning.
Avoid this place at all costs. It took an excruciatingly long 3 and a half hours to receive a haircut and color that left my hair ends a disastrous shade of orange. Despite calling three times to speak with a manager, I have yet to receive a response. Their only solution to fixing mistakes is to have you come back in, which is unacceptable. While I understand the need for policies regarding service complaints, not being able to speak to a manager reflects poorly on their customer service. Save yourself the hassle and find another salon.
