Appalling, appalling, appalling! I had my hair styled there once and it was "fine". Upon my return, I sat helplessly in the chair while the staff argued over using each others' hair products and other beauty items. Foolishly, I returned a third time, and after waiting in town for 30 mins for my appointment, the stylist (Karen) asked me to return in an hour as she was on her lunch break. Reluctantly, I went back for the fourth time out of sheer desperation, only to be left waiting in the lobby for 10 mins while they searched for the lady who was supposed to cut my hair (again, the stylist was Karen, but the dreadful owner lady at the front desk could NOT have been worse! Judgmental, mean as can be, etc.).
Exceptional stylists. Fashionable and well-informed!
Mitch Theriault was my stylist. She was so pleasant and ensured my comfort. She truly listened to my preferences, asked insightful questions - and when I left, my hair looked stunning! The salon is conveniently located in the city, with ample parking nearby, and the interior is very stylish! If that's still a thing. Smile. Request Mitch.
