I had my first appointment ever for lashes today. I was supposed to see Riley at 4:50pm. I messaged her throughout the day because she had a cancellation and wanted me to come in early. I was at work in Miami but said I would come straight from work. I texted her at 4:48 that I was running a few minutes late due to traffic but would be there within 10 minutes. I pulled into the driveway at 4:57 and got a text back from her saying I needed to reschedule. I was 7 minutes late?!?! I waited over 2 weeks to get in with her. I called and after several phone games, I will call the supervisor back Monday morning at 9:05 am. I will take my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same.
I had a full set of lashes done on July 11th with Peyton. The appointment went so well that I scheduled the fill for August 3rd while I was there! Within the first week, my lashes began to fall out, but that was to be expected as this was my first time having eyelash extensions done. On August 2nd, I received the email confirmation for my appointment. The following morning, the day of my refill appointment, I received a call from Peyton at 8 am asking if I was “showing up for my appointment?” I felt very confused but explained yes I will be there at 4 pm. She then asked how my lashes were doing and I explained that they all fell out in the first week or so. Her response was quite candid, “well then I will have to charge you as a full set because it has been just over 4 weeks since you were here.” As I was completely taken aback by her response, I asked why she did not mention that when I scheduled the refill at my original appointment? Her response was, “are you still planning on coming at 4?”
