After getting a gel manicure, my nails were filed and buffed excessively, leaving them as thin as paper even with the gel overlay. The technician also cut me in three places without showing concern. Additionally, there was polish all over my cuticles, requiring an hour of cleaning at home. Overall, the experience was not worth repeating.

I have been a loyal patron for years & I observed the frequent staff changes, but always believed they hired skilled nail technicians. Unfortunately, my recent experience proved otherwise. I spent $80 on my nails, but the outcome did not justify the cost. I requested an almond shape, yet the result was uneven. Despite asking the technician to refine the shape twice, she seemed unable to do so. Moreover, she neglected to clean around the nail edges for a polished finish, and the floral design I requested was far from the reference photo. While she was kind and tried her best, her lack of expertise was evident. Paying $80 for a service worth $45-50 at best is disappointing. Regrettably, I will not be returning. I advise future customers to inquire about prices at each stage, as what began as a $45 estimation ended up costing me $80. I recommend requesting Nora, the only skilled nail technician remaining.

Just had my nails done, and the technicians were delightful. However, my 2-star rating is for the overall establishment. The sign outside advertised a gel pedicure and regular manicure for $55 from Monday to Wednesday, so that's what I expected to pay. To my surprise, I was charged $60 and informed that the price couldn't be honored because the owner was absent. This explanation seemed illogical. Why display the sign if it's not applicable? Either remove it or empower the technicians to follow the advertised rates. While I appreciate the politeness of the nail technicians, I was disappointed by the cleaning staff's behavior, who acted as if they were the owner and disputed the sign's validity.
