If I had to sum up my visit to Luzma's salon in one word, it would be fantastic!
Visited a few months back and found the receptionist struggling to understand my request about my frizzy hair. Instead of seeking clarification, she laughed it off with the hairdresser, who was then left to figure it out. I had to resort to using Google translate to get my point across. Very rude experience, won't be returning.
