I feel awful writing this review because the staff was exceptionally kind, but this is NOT the place to have your nails done. It took 2 hours and 45 minutes to receive the WORST no chip mani/pedi I have paid for in years. Valda did an absolutely incredible job. I came in with a faded and uneven brown to blonde "balayage" with lots of warm tones and hints of orange. I wanted a more natural ash blonde shade with some darker highlights for depth. I knew this might not be achievable due to the damage in my hair.
