Just relocated and wanted to discover a new barber, and I definitely did! Alex was fantastic and really easy to chat with (something I've always struggled with during haircuts lol). I opted for a new style after 20+ years of the same look, not knowing anything about the terms or how to describe what I wanted. She was incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me to achieve the best result, which she did! Also, I adore the shop itself, a cozy, studio-type place with a lovely view. This tranquil spot is a hidden treasure that I almost want to keep to myself. ;) My visit here was truly delightful. It's rare to find a manicurist who dedicates so much time and care to their work, but Cindy was exceptional in her gentle treatment of my nails. The offer of a lovely cup of tea was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated the hygienic practices, such as using plastic covers for the water baths and ensuring clean tools each time. I will certainly be returning!
