Donna is amazing! I needed a last-minute hair appointment and Lemon Tree managed to fit me in. I was fortunate to have Donna as my stylist. She did an excellent job styling my hair and used the right products to ensure it looked fantastic for my morning event. She is a delightful person who goes above and beyond to satisfy her clients. I decided to make a spontaneous visit to this salon for a significant change - chopping off over a foot of my waist-length hair. Margie was incredibly kind and attentive to all my requests. I walked out feeling like a million bucks, all at a fraction of the cost compared to other nearby salons. I am thrilled I took a chance on this place.
After getting my hair done here with highlights, I was disappointed upon closer inspection at home. Not only did the process take 5 long hours, but the highlights were unevenly distributed, making me resemble a skunk. The real nightmare began when I washed my hair - I was beyond angry. The photos speak for themselves. I have no idea what went wrong, but it's clear the stylist did not meet expectations. I will never allow anyone from this salon to touch my hair again. When I returned to address the issue, the staff acted unhelpful and the stylist conveniently was always off. That's fine - my lawyer will be in touch.
