Botched my eyebrows. One too thin, the other too thick. Despite my pointing it out, the lady insisted it was fine! Overcharged me, deceitfully altering the price at checkout (I had inquired about rates before the service). Discussed the price change in Gujarati, assuming I couldn't understand. No wonder they lack clients!
Performed terribly. Absolutely clueless on hair cutting, used the machine upside down causing immense pain (endured for hours). Won't return here, warned my friends against it too.
The most atrocious haircut I've ever had. I now have two distinct layers - a thick bob cut in the front and long hair at the back. They don't blend naturally. Constantly referred to my curly hair as frizzy, and brushed out my curls. Now, when my hair dries, it'll look incredibly awkward - a bob in the front and a long layer at the back. The stylist laughed it off, blaming my hair type. Different hair textures are common - it's your duty to inform me if you can or cannot handle my hair. Laughing it off after such a terrible cut is unacceptable.
