I visited on Saturday for an SNS manicure and pedicure. My thumb had to be redone three times before the technician sought help. Despite the salon not being busy, I was there from 11 to 1:30, which was excessive. The $79 I paid was not justified, especially considering the technician cut my feet and nails and struggled with the SNS application. The nail fill was incorrect, and now, just two days later, two nails are cracked without any rough treatment. I will be contacting my bank for a refund or requesting a redo. I've had SNS done many times elsewhere, and this was by far the worst experience. I can’t find fault in any of the times I’ve been to this establishment. For pedicures, the prices are much better than what I’ve paid at other locations in the area. The shop is always kept clean and sanitized. I have always been satisfied with the quality of nail services here. The nail technician takes great care in ensuring each part of my nail is colored evenly and brings my ideas to life. I receive many compliments on my nails. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the customer service has always been good.
