I discovered Yannie through YouTube like many others. I had been attempting to seek assistance from her since 2017. I was informed that I needed to wait a year before scheduling an appointment. After waiting and allowing my hair to lock naturally, I followed up after a year. It was challenging to reach her. I attempted to contact her via email and the Google Voice number she provided publicly. When I finally connected with her, she treated me rudely. This encounter added to my negative experiences with hairstylists. At this point, I am apprehensive about engaging with hairstylists and locticians. It would have been preferable if she had simply stated that she was not accepting new clients. Handling an influx of customers after promoting services on YouTube and social media should be anticipated. Thank you for the hair care tips on your website, I suppose.

I have always been satisfied with the quality of nail services here. The nail technician takes great care in ensuring each part of my nail is colored evenly and brings my ideas to life. I receive many compliments on my nails. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the customer service has always been good. I visited on Saturday for an SNS manicure and pedicure. My thumb had to be redone three times before the technician sought help. Despite the salon not being busy, I was there from 11 to 1:30, which was excessive. The $79 I paid was not justified, especially considering the technician cut my feet and nails and struggled with the SNS application. The nail fill was incorrect, and now, just two days later, two nails are cracked without any rough treatment. I will be contacting my bank for a refund or requesting a redo. I've had SNS done many times elsewhere, and this was by far the worst experience.
