Pretty Nails

I was pleased with the initial outcome of my nails, but unfortunately, one nail broke just two days later. The cost for a fill and nail repair was $28, with an additional $7 for the broken nail. If I wanted a color change, it would require a full new set priced at $42. I had to schedule an appointment for the repair.

I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning. The staff here is incredibly friendly, and I am thrilled with how my nails turned out. I completely forgot to share a photo of them yesterday. 💅❤️

The wait times here can be quite lengthy. Be prepared to wait for at least an hour if you don't arrive early in the morning. I was recommended to this salon, but my first experience was far from satisfactory. Initially, one nail technician attempted to remove my dip powder using clippers despite my explanation that it needed to be soaked off. Despite my insistence, she persisted until another staff member intervened and assigned me to a male technician. Unfortunately, during the nail service, I sustained cuts. I specifically inquired about the service cost, pointing to the price list on the wall. The technician assured me that he was following the listed prices. However, the end result was subpar, with uneven and lumpy gel application. When I requested corrections before curing the gel, the technician dismissed my concerns. Upon completion, he quoted a different price than initially discussed, claiming it was his standard rate. Despite my objections and clarification of the services I received, he insisted on the higher price. When asked about tipping, I mentioned $3, which seemed to displease him, although I was dissatisfied with the service quality. Upon returning for corrections, they insisted on the same technician redoing the work, despite my request for a different staff member due to my dissatisfaction. Attempts to schedule an appointment were met with conflicting responses, leaving me unimpressed with the salon's professionalism.
