I strongly advise against this nail salon! It was truly the worst nail service I have ever received. My fingers were left sticky with glue, and there was acrylic residue near my cuticles. The nails were poorly crafted and lacked proper shaping. On top of that, the prices were high considering the low-quality service provided. The salon appeared neglected and unclean, and the lack of tool disinfection was concerning. I will not be returning; it was a waste of money and time. 😒🤮
I had a full set done on 10/27/23 (Friday), and by 10/29, three nails on one hand had fallen off like press-ons, with two more lifting on the other hand. When I went back on Tuesday for repairs, the technician filed down the nails on the other hand, making them look like they needed a refill. By 11/2, two of the three repaired nails had come off. As of today, 11/3/23, I have three nails on one hand and none on the other. Side note: I tipped $5 on Tuesday, not for the service but in appreciation of the technician's effort to fix the issues. While the customer service is commendable, the quality of the service is severely lacking.
Accompanied my granddaughter and myself. The dip nails on my granddaughter turned out beautifully, especially since she has short nails. However, my full set stiletto nails did not meet my expectations. Despite showing the nail technician a picture of my desired style, she continued to shape them in an almond form instead of the sharper look I wanted. The end result was thick, bumpy nails with uneven polish application.
