I visited today for a pedicure, and it was excellent! They have installed plastic dividers between the chairs, provided shields, and sanitizer at each station. I felt very secure; there were few people, and the staff efficiently managed my appointment. Moreover, the quality of their work is always top-notch! If you've been hesitant to visit a salon due to COVID, this place will ensure your safety and satisfaction!
Terrible customer service! They open at 10:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:30 for a walk-in appointment. There were no other customers in the salon, only one employee. I explained what I wanted, and she asked me to wait a few minutes. After observing her clean the salon and prepare each station's supplies, I left after 15 minutes of waiting. It was only then that she seemed ready to assist me. I ended up going to the Serene Nail Lounge and had a fantastic experience with stunning nails!
I got my nails dipped here, and the results were fantastic. Alex has worked on my nails three times, and I absolutely adore the outcome. Thank you so much!
