They generously provided a variety of complimentary boba, milk teas, and margaritas. I was thoroughly impressed with the results of my nails and feet, thanks to Kristine who made them look beautiful and helped me unwind on my day off. This is now our preferred nail salon. From there, it's a short walk to the salon. If driving, head west on Airport Freeway, turn left onto N MacArthur Blvd, then turn right onto W Walnut Hill Ln. Finally, turn left onto N Belt Line Rd and the salon will be on your right at the intersection.

I apologize for the lengthy review... I'm giving it two stars because even though it's my go-to place to book with DK, Lee, or Li, I ended up in tears. I've been trying to grow my nails back healthy and long after experiencing a lot of damage from dips. I usually don't speak up, but today was supposed to be a relaxing post-work experience for me, and now my nails are a mess. The technician, Anna, asked if I wanted my real nails cut short or shaped, to which I declined as I wanted to maintain their roundness and grow them longer. However, she proceeded to file down my left nails flat and uneven. When I reminded her that I wanted them round, she filed them poorly, as evident by my thumbs. They feel rough and ridged, with sharp edges around my nails, and a piece was even hanging underneath one nail. The peeling is unappealing for my anniversary... After applying the top coat, she muttered something, gathered her things, and left without informing me that my nails needed to air dry or that I could use a lamp to speed up the process. I ended up fanning my hands and blowing on them myself. Both of my thumbs were messed up and had to be redone, but she didn't reapply the base coat, so I hope my nails won't be stained. Despite my efforts to be careful, my nail polish lifted on my thumb after 30 minutes. I've learned my lesson about doing walk-ins and will remember that for next time.About

My new go-to salon in Irving. They are incredibly friendly and offer great value for the service provided. Opted for red bottoms with matte black and nail decals. My nail artist, Mia, was fantastic!! Absolutely love the result. I was pleased with the initial outcome of my nails, but unfortunately, one nail broke just two days later. The cost for a fill and nail repair was $28, with an additional $7 for the broken nail. If I wanted a color change, it would require a full new set priced at $42. I strongly advise against this nail salon! It was truly the worst nail service I have ever received. My fingers were left sticky with glue, and there was acrylic residue near my cuticles. The nails were poorly crafted and lacked proper shaping. On top of that, the prices were high considering the low-quality service provided. The salon appeared neglected and unclean, and the lack of tool disinfection was concerning. I will not be returning; it was a waste of money and time. 😒🤮L.A.
