Nami's Skin Care & Electrolysis

I discovered Nami a few months back after relocating. I was quite fond of my previous skincare specialist, so I was apprehensive about finding a new one. I have been extremely pleased with Nami, and the results have been remarkable in just a short span of time. I will definitely be availing of her other skincare services as well. She is gentle, professional, and more affordable compared to other establishments. You're in good hands with anyone at Nami's.

Dr. Nami and her team are extremely pleasant. Dr. Nami ensures that you comprehend the process of electrolysis and why it requires the duration it does to be completed thoroughly. While I have not experienced their facial services, I would recommend them if you are considering undergoing electrolysis.

I have been a customer since the previous year, and I have been here long enough to express my deep disappointment with this establishment. I used to visit every week for 4 months, but when my work schedule changed, I couldn't maintain that consistency. The hair growth accelerated rapidly after I couldn't come in weekly, and my last encounter with them was TERRIBLE. Moreover, I want to mention that in the 5 months I've been a patron, they never closed due to COVID and allowed clients to go without masks even when others were present. If they prioritize profits over shutting down, one would expect them to value a client who has invested so much money and had intentions of continuing to do so. Unfortunately, that's not the case. When I requested to cancel my appointment due to my menstrual cycle, despite being a loyal and regular client, they insisted on charging me a cancellation fee equivalent to 4 sessions I had scheduled... revealing how frequently I visit and the number of hours I spend during each visit. I offered to come in regardless, even if I would still be charged, but they claimed they couldn't perform a treatment while I was menstruating, which I would understand if THEY hadn't been the ones refusing me a treatment and then billing me for it. To exacerbate the situation, I was on the phone with them for over 30 minutes!! Just waiting for a resolution on how they could assist me in this scenario, but I received NO assistance whatsoever as nothing was resolved. I mentioned that I could come in immediately despite my cycle if it meant I would still be charged for 4 hours of cancellation, but after making me wait for 30 minutes, they abruptly HUNG UP on me. I have never felt so let down and poorly treated by a business in which I have invested so much time and money!! I understand it's a service I desire for myself, but if they operate at a one-star level, it makes me hesitant to continue patronizing them.
