One of the best massage places in OC, the high-quality service and affordable price are unbeatable. I can hardly wait to return.
This is a May 2024 update to my previous reviews. Five star is not just the name of this spa it is the quality as well. Today I had a monster TMJ headache and was in extreme pain. The customer service here is exceptional and they always remember repeat customers. I had one of the best cranial and deep tissue massages I have ever had today. Lily was my technician and I described specifically the level of pressure that I wanted in the areas of pain and she listened precisely to what I had requested and went right to work. Extremely strong deep tissue and focused muscle massage left me relieved beyond my expectations. The ownership and employees treat regulars like family and care about quality. The business is organized and professional. Just be sure to be specific about the level of pressure that you want and the massage style and you will not be disappointed. They have open massage rooms, semi-private and a private room upon request. The location is excellent if you find that you are hungry after your massage. Please be courteous and arrive early as sometimes parking can be a challenge here. Thank you again five star for being here for me when I am in pain and for fixing me today!
I experienced neck and shoulder pain after the massage, which makes me concerned about the quality of the service. I believe the therapist may not have used the proper techniques, which led to this discomfort.
