THE STORE LACKED THE SPECIFIC ITEM I NEEDED. THEIR HUMAN HAIR SELECTION WAS DISAPPOINTING.
THE SERVICE WAS AWFUL. I PURCHASED A WIG, BUT IT WASN'T WHAT I REQUESTED. THEY WOULDN'T LET ME INSPECT IT UNTIL AFTER I PAID. WHEN I REALIZED THEY MISLED ME ABOUT THE TYPE OF WIG, CLAIMING IT WAS A 613 LACE FRONTAL WHEN IT WAS ACTUALLY A 613 I-PART WIG, THE STAFF SHOWED NO CONCERN AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME. I RETURNED IT LESS THAN 12 HOURS LATER. IT'S UNACCEPTABLE TO OVERCHARGE FOR HAIR.
THE LAST FEW MONTHS HAVE BEEN DISAPPOINTING. THE STORE DOESN'T STOCK WHAT I NEED. I ONLY COME HERE WHEN I'M DESPERATE. FOR A BALD INDIVIDUAL, FINDING THE RIGHT PRODUCT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD. I'LL SWITCH TO BSW FROM NOW ON. I'VE NEVER HAD PROBLEMS THERE. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PRESENCE.
