Initially, a consultation is conducted to meet the stylist and receive a service estimate, ensuring no surprises on the bill. Hayley truly listened and nailed the look I desired. After scheduling my appointment, Hayley worked her magic. She exceeded my expectations. I am extremely pleased. The entire team at the salon was fantastic.
