Iβm actually being generous giving this country 2 stars. They may be skilled artisans but the service for customers is lacking. Do not schedule an appointment for a client if you cannot keep itβΌοΈβΌοΈ You do not know the arrangements that person has to make in order to be there ON TIME. The establishment opens at 1pm, but the person said they could open for me at 11am. I waited outside for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and the person never arrived.
Fantastic experience, got a simple yet intricate tattoo that required precise lines. The tattoo artist adjusted my design to ensure the lines were perfect... And I am amazed by how flawlessly they executed the tattoo. Wonderful atmosphere. Convenient to just walk in. Thank you!
I got a tattoo there with my own design and asked the individual, Alex, to apply it. They were very courteous and did an excellent job. The establishment was impeccably clean, which I greatly appreciated. I have visited other tattoo parlors that were not as hygienic as this one where I got a tattoo of the Statue of Liberty. As I mentioned, the individual was very polite, and we had pleasant conversations. They did not charge as much as another tattoo parlor on Main Street, which I found favorable. I appreciated the cleanliness, the quality of the tattoo, and the kindness, so I left a generous tip. I highly recommend INK MASTERS USA. Very Impressive There.
