She made me feel at ease, explained that my hair wasn't ready for the service, and gave me a haircare routine to prepare for the extensions. I used her exclusive product line for 4 months, came in for treatments twice a week, and saw a significant improvement in my hair's strength and health. I wanted the extensions for added fullness and length. I've been sporting locs for about 9 months now and despite probably overwhelming her with my constant calls and inquiries, she never made me feel like a nuisance. I adore my locs and my loctitian.
