Visited a top-notch salon with a fantastic ambiance. Tiffany, the stylist, did an outstanding job with my hi-low lights and precision cut. Her expertise and attention to detail were truly commendable. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this salon. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I typically don't like to complain, but my recent salon experience was truly disappointing. After requesting a blonde balayage, I ended up with chunky, over-bleached sections in shades of orange, yellow, and almost white. The stylist's suggestion to use purple shampoo at home to fix it felt like a cop-out after paying $200 for the service. I left feeling incredibly dissatisfied and hope no one else has to go through the same ordeal.
I had a great experience with Tiffany, the hairstylist. She was extremely patient and meticulous with my spiral curls, resulting in a beautiful outcome. However, my color experience was a different story. The final result was orange, far from what I had requested. The lack of proper lighting in the salon made it hard to gauge the color, and my hair wasn't fully dried when she finished. The salon's no-refund policy is disappointing, especially considering the nearly $300 I spent on a botched job. The overall service at the salon needs improvement, from auto-charging tips to not paying attention to cafe orders and not honoring coupons. These issues can significantly impact the customer experience.
