My initial visit was fantastic. The service was swift. Adored my manicure. The lone reason for a 4-star rating is that a REFILL shouldn't cost the same as a NEW French acrylic gel set. I get it if it wasn't their original work, but the fact that it was and there's a fee for gel removal (their work), length (unchanged), & shape (unchanged). It's like I might as well remove them and get a fresh set. I can't express enough wonderful things about this place. The services are exceptional and the place is so gorgeous, pristine and inviting. Alex is THE BEST. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in suggesting the perfect treatment for your skin type. She was patient in answering my many questions and helping me understand what I needed.
