I recently reached out to the manager of this nail salon to set up an appointment and discuss a specific design I had in mind. When I inquired about the feasibility of the design, they mentioned not having the necessary product and asked about the source of the product in a photo I showed them from my Pinterest. While they did explain that the design could be influenced by my nail bed, what truly bothered me was the rushed and unprofessional demeanor they displayed during our conversation. They even mentioned being too busy to assist me at that moment. As a customer, I anticipated better communication and professionalism. This encounter left me feeling let down.
