The establishment exudes a relaxed yet very pleasant atmosphere, with all tools meticulously sealed for services like pedicures. During my visits, I have always been promptly attended to without being kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time. The staff members are not only kind but also highly skilled, particularly Steven who excels in his craft. Having visited numerous nail salons in different cities such as New Orleans and Baton Rouge in search of a technician who could cater to my small nail shape and offer recommendations that would complement my hands, I can confidently say that Steven was able to deliver just that. The set I received today has undeniably become my favorite to date, surpassing any set I've gotten from other establishments.

I have frequented this salon on several occasions in the past, and while the experiences were generally satisfactory, they were not exceptional. Unfortunately, today was no different. Despite clearly articulating my desired style and repeatedly inquiring about its feasibility on my natural nails, the technician seemed to struggle to meet my requests. From the onset, there were discrepancies in the shaping and color selection, leading to a series of missteps throughout the session. Despite voicing my concerns, the end result fell short of my expectations. The lack of attention to detail and communication errors culminated in a disappointing outcome. I left without the requested design and feeling dissatisfied with the overall service. The experience left me disheartened, especially considering the time and money invested.

My overall impression of the salon is that I would not consider returning. Upon receiving a gift certificate for a manicure and pedicure from my spouse, I scheduled an appointment for 1:45. Arriving early at 1:15, I was met with a busy salon and had to wait to be attended to. Despite checking in and waiting patiently, I observed some staff members conversing in a language I did not understand, which gave off an air of annoyance. Once seated for my appointment, the technician displayed professionalism, yet the service was marred by rushed cuticle work that resulted in injuries to my toes and fingers. The checkout experience, where I presented my gift certificate, was met with apparent displeasure from the staff. Despite the discomfort, I settled the bill and left a tip before departing. Witnessing other clients facing delays and dissatisfaction further solidified my decision not to revisit this establishment.
