My initial visit was fantastic. The service was swift. Adored my manicure. The lone reason for a 4-star rating is that a REFILL shouldn't cost the same as a NEW French acrylic gel set. I get it if it wasn't their original work, but the fact that it was and there's a fee for gel removal (their work), length (unchanged), & shape (unchanged). It's like I might as well remove them and get a fresh set. Nevertheless, it's a top-notch nail salon.
Outstanding salon with a really pleasant ambiance. Julia, the nail technician who did my nails, offered beverages during my service. All the staff were very courteous. I could also use a promo code from their website for new customers which was a great help when paying for my services. I've had some rough experiences at nail salons before, so I was a bit anxious about this visit, but it exceeded my expectations. A solid 10/10 first visit; I'll likely become a regular here for my nail care.
Ever since discovering this nail salon, I haven't gone anywhere else. Julia delivers the best manicures, and if you're seeking something new, Gelx is the way to go, and she's definitely your go-to person! Trinity provided me with the best pedicure I've ever had, no question about it! The ambiance and music are always on point!
