Exceptional service. I visited to repair two natural nails that had broken, and now they look flawless as if they were never damaged. The staff handled the repair effortlessly, and the atmosphere was inviting. If you're looking for beautiful nails and a soothing experience, ask for Alex!
I arrived at the salon at 5:50 pm and inquired about their closing time. They informed me they closed at 6:30 pm. I then asked if they had time to do a pedicure and nails for me, to which they agreed. I settled into the chair for a pedicure, selecting the $60 option. Unfortunately, my pedicure lasted only 11 minutes as the technician hurried through the process, neglecting to remove dead skin from my feet or properly address my cuticles. After hastily applying polish to my toenails, I brought up my concerns. The technician apologized, swiftly processed my payment, rushed me out without any footwear, turned off the lights, and prevented me from speaking with the owner. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I paid $145 for a subpar service, ending up with nails less than an inch long and a rushed pedicure that left my feet in worse condition. The technician pictured is the one who performed my pedicure. On a positive note, my nails turned out well. The woman who did my nails displayed professionalism, kindness, and took her time with the service.
