Lucky Nails

This establishment is fantastic! I have been bringing my daughters here for years and will continue to do so. The work is excellent, and the staff are friendly. Keep up the great work, Lucky Nails!

Initially, my experiences were pleasant, but during my third visit, when I requested my nails to be polished differently, there was pushback as if it was their own nails being discussed. The technician expressed dissatisfaction with how it looked, but I personally liked it, and so did others because it reflected my preference.

I recently visited a nail salon and had a positive experience. However, during my latest appointment, I opted for chrome nails. The technician who worked on my nails was rough in handling my hands, rushed through the process without communication, and displayed a visible attitude. She would address me and my friends with a curt "hey" instead of a polite "ma'am". There was residue left around my nails that I had to remove myself that same evening. While trying to clean off some residue from the chrome layer on my thumb, it chipped on the very same night of getting them done. Upon returning the next day to address the issue, they attempted to fix it. Another technician worked on my nails but failed to apply the chrome layer evenly, leaving a significant gap at the bottom, making me almost prefer the initial chipped look over the two-toned reds. I also requested the remaining red residue from the previous night on my other hand to be removed. The technician conversed in Chinese with the previous technician without offering an apology for the subpar service. The lack of acknowledgment of the inconvenience was disappointing, especially since I had to use my lunch break to return to the salon. I will not be revisiting this establishment. Paying $53 to rectify the issue and still not receiving proper service was frustrating. Despite my continued politeness and understanding, the service remained rude.
