My initial visit was fantastic. The service was swift. Adored my manicure. The lone reason for a 4-star rating is that a REFILL shouldn't cost the same as a NEW French acrylic gel set. I get it if it wasn't their original work, but the fact that it was and there's a fee for gel removal (their work), length (unchanged), & shape (unchanged). It's like I might as well remove them and get a fresh set.
