My masseuse was fantastic, and I had a peaceful time, however, the whole experience was completely ruined by an incredibly impolite gentleman (I had never seen him before during my visit last year). Upon entering, my masseuse inquired about which massage package I preferred right at the entrance. I posed a couple of brief questions, just as one does when entering any service establishment, and suddenly this gentleman appeared out of nowhere and shouted at me to be quiet with the most disrespectful demeanor. No "please," just a full-on drill sergeant approach.
