Here are images of the nail design I requested compared to what I received. Initially, a woman began removing my old nails to prepare for a new set. However, during the process, a man took over to complete the service.
Yesterday, I had my acrylic nails removed and got a gel polish manicure. During the process, the technician drilled too much into my pinky, causing a cut on the skin beneath. Additionally, she cut my cuticles excessively, leading to a stinging sensation when I dipped my fingers in the remover. To top it off, the nail polish was not cured properly under the light, resulting in severe bubbling. While the service was pleasant, the quality of my nails did not meet my expectations. This experience reminded me why I had stopped going there.
