During a recent visit to assist my mother, I decided to indulge in a new "procedure" while I had some downtime! So I opted for the Secret RF Microneedling! I was greeted by James, and they were exceptional (truly!). Feeling a bit anxious, James did a fantastic job explaining everything and ensuring I was completely at ease with the process. It felt like having a close friend by my side, yet they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable! As a bonus, I didn't require much recovery time! I left with a slight pink hue, which quickly transformed into a lovely glow! I am eagerly anticipating my next session! Had an unpleasant experience today. I entered to find a specific item for my spouse. I have no knowledge about makeup, so I simply brought in her old liner. When I inquired if they had it, all I received was, "We don't carry this product here," without even attempting to help me find something similar. I have been to other Ultas, and let me tell you, the customer service there is much better. No assistance, I practically had to keep asking for help... In short, I will not be returning there ever again.

I absolutely adore this hair salon. It's truly exceptional. I frequented this salon often in my youth, and recently had my first acrylic nails done here - they're absolutely stunning. I visited this location yesterday. I voiced my discomfort throughout, but the individual continued to tend to the bleeding. It was quite agonizing. I have always had positive experiences at salons and enjoyed the service, but this time I regret not speaking up and halting the service when I felt pain. It has been less than a day, and my toe is now infected. I am applying antibiotics. The individual was very forceful in cutting and pulling the skin.
I attempted to reach out to the establishment initially, but there is no website and no response to calls.
