I absolutely adore this hair salon. It's truly exceptional. I frequented this salon often in my youth, and recently had my first acrylic nails done here - they're absolutely stunning. The quality is a perfect 10, and once you experience this salon, you won't want to go anywhere else. Had an unpleasant experience today. I entered to find a specific item for my spouse. I have no knowledge about makeup, so I simply brought in her old liner. When I inquired if they had it, all I received was, "We don't carry this product here," without even attempting to help me find something similar. I have been to other Ultas, and let me tell you, the customer service there is much better. No assistance, I practically had to keep asking for help... In short, I will not be returning there ever again.
