Raquel made me feel like a whole new person today. I entered with pink red black brown hair and showed her one pic, and she nailed it. I can never thank her enough for how stunning she has made me feel. 💗
‼️‼️AVOID THIS PLACE‼️‼️ completely ruined my gorgeous, lively hair messed up the dye went from red to bleached my curls have never looked worse once she completely missed my color and I informed her her tone suddenly changed and she refused to fix it were called I still paid because they everyone made me seem like a bad guy when I clearly had the picture of what I wanted if they give any bull response to this message. It is a lie do not come here when we were talking with the police. They said that they had multiple people with the same issue that I had so maybe it’s the hairstylist not the customers this is insane.‼️‼️‼️
I visited last Friday for a fresh layered trim. I shared some pics, was told not to fret. The stylist skipped blow drying due to the humidity outside. But when my hair dried at home, it was a disaster. It seemed like she gave me a short Bob with long layers underneath. To top it off, she used THINNING shears without asking. I used to have lovely thick curly locks, and now all I can do is cry. I have to go to a different salon to get it fixed. I am deeply disappointed with the service and the result here.
