In preparation for my vacation, I sought out nail services, and Lisa delivered precisely what I desired! I am thrilled with the outcome of my dip with gel overlay. The salon's cleanliness and impeccable service left a lasting impression. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to all. I look forward to returning in the future!
Having frequented this nail salon for over 5 years, my recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed. The individual in the second chair, sporting a white Fila shirt, displayed a discourteous attitude. Despite my repeated requests for attention to detail, my nails were rushed and poorly shaped. I specifically asked for square nails, yet they were consistently rounded. The application of acrylic resulted in uneven coloring, with light and dark spots present. Each time I voiced my concerns, the response was a dismissive "OK," devoid of any effort to address the issues. Opting for a full set with white French tips, two of my nails have already broken within a week. Furthermore, the discrepancy in length between my left and right nails, despite assurances of proper measurement, was disappointing. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction at the register, my concerns were met with indifference. Despite being offered a follow-up appointment, scheduling conflicts prevented me from availing it, leaving me with subpar nails and residual paint on my skin due to the poor service. I regret the change in ownership, as the current proprietors seem more focused on profit than customer satisfaction. The images below depict the state of my nails immediately after leaving the salon, for which I paid $50.
