They are incredibly WELCOMING! Having recently relocated from another place, this nail salon in San Diego was my first stop. They provide excellent nail services at a very fair price, and the staff is exceptionally friendly.
I used to be a regular customer, but I grew weary of the stern demeanor of one of the individuals there. Strangely, every time I visit, I am always assisted by her. Perhaps it is because I do not have an appointment, so those who walk in should be cautious. After a hiatus of 2 months, I decided to give them another chance today, only to be paired with the grumpy lady once again. She noticed mold on my nail, causing me pain as she pointed it out. While any skilled technician would recommend acrylic removal with acetone, she insisted on drilling it off. I requested her not to do so, which upset her. I was willing to pay for a painless removal, but she became angry and displayed an attitude. She even rudely recalled our past interactions and gestured dismissively towards me. This was the worst service I have ever experienced; the nail work was subpar, and I only went for the variety of stickers. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment as it is not worth your time or money. You may end up leaving with an infection.
