The individual who styled my hair did an outstanding job. My hair looks fantastic. The price for the service was quoted to me before the process began by the individual who styled my hair. However, just before completion, a different price was given to me by the woman at the front desk. I preferred to pay with my credit card, but she informed me that they do not accept credit cards and requested payment in cash. Since I did not have the full amount in cash, I asked for the total in American dollars. She stated it would be $440 in American dollars or 6,600 in pesos. I had to visit the neighboring store to withdraw money from the ATM. I withdrew 6,600 pesos, which turned out to be $398 in American dollars. I was initially quoted about 4,600 pesos but ended up paying 6,600 pesos in cash because they did not accept any form of card payment. I requested a receipt, and she wrote it on a crumpled piece of paper.

The staff at the front desk were not particularly pleasant, as if they were doing me a favor, but oh well, moving on. However, the individual who performed my pedicure was exceptionally kind and skilled; she knew exactly what she was doing, and everything turned out perfectly. The pedicure spa cost $380 pesos, with an additional $170 pesos for the gelish. I hope you can refer to the price chart because my friend got a haircut, and despite her hair being very short, the chart price was $250 pesos, yet we ended up paying $400 pesos (they did not wash her hair, only cut it). So, for a haircut, think twice and inquire before they begin working on your hair, or else you may end up paying without understanding why the cost is so high. The establishment is well-maintained and clean.

Extremely disappointed! I had previously visited one of their other branches and was quite satisfied, so I expected the same level of service here. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had a manicure and pedicure done. The individual was polite, but it seemed like he simply did not care about providing me with a decent service. He only spoke when giving instructions, which I am fine with, but the quality of his work was subpar. My nails were left uneven, and he accidentally cut one of my fingers; he was quite rough. During the pedicure, he filed too aggressively on the side of my toe, causing it to bleed. I felt the pain and was about to mention it, but by then, it was already too late as he had torn some skin off. Despite seeing the bleeding, he did not acknowledge it or apologize. Later, I noticed that another toe was bleeding from the cuticle. As a result, my foot was in pain for a couple of days while walking. I removed the nail polish because I did not like the color, and it was evident how unevenly he had left my nails.
