I phoned ahead and requested a pedicure and shorter nails. They did the pedicure first. With 30 minutes until closing, all I wanted was a nail trim, but they refused. Instead, they took in another customer for a full gel set. She seemed like a regular, but I wasn't asking for a color change or anything complex. The lady was definitely not friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place. It felt like the one who did my nails just wanted to leave early since there were three employees present.
They use the same nail file for both pedicures and manicures. Keep an eye out and you'll notice. That's a major red flag.
Love this spot! First time getting a pedicure here and it was fantastic. The team is amazing! They really helped me relax and feel at ease. Just a note, I'm a woman, and initially felt a bit uneasy. But not anymore.
