I phoned ahead and requested a pedicure and shorter nails. They did the pedicure first. With 30 minutes until closing, all I wanted was a nail trim, but they refused. Instead, they took in another customer for a full gel set. She seemed like a regular, but I wasn't asking for a color change or anything complex. The lady was definitely not friendly. I wouldn't recommend this place. They are incredibly WELCOMING! Having recently relocated from another place, this nail salon in San Diego was my first stop. The individual who styled my hair did an outstanding job. My hair looks fantastic. The price for the service was quoted to me before the process began by the individual who styled my hair. However, just before completion, a different price was given to me by the woman at the front desk. I preferred to pay with my credit card, but she informed me that they do not accept credit cards and requested payment in cash. Since I did not have the full amount in cash, I asked for the total in American dollars. She stated it would be $440 in American dollars or 6,600 in pesos. I had to visit the neighboring store to withdraw money from the ATM. I withdrew 6,600 pesos, which turned out to be $398 in American dollars. I was initially quoted about 4,600 pesos but ended up paying 6,600 pesos in cash because they did not accept any form of card payment. Selena was outstanding. I had a facial and hybrid lashes done. Starting with the facial, she created a serene atmosphere, took her time to assess my needs, the extractions she did were fantastic. My skin looks cleaner, healthier, and softer - a noticeable difference. The lashes turned out exactly as I wanted, complementing my look perfectly, and the process was so relaxing that I actually dozed off! I woke up feeling and looking more beautiful. The prices were reasonable, Selena's demeanor was pleasant, she's very kind and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be returning for my fill.💕
