I typically don't leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. I've been a client of hers on and off for 3 years, always keeping an eye out for her appointment times. However, I began to notice a pattern of overbooking. Seeking a quick style, I selected the 12:30 slot. She offered 12pm, and I accepted, anticipating a 30-40 minute wait. To my dismay, I ended up waiting a full hour as she tended to three other clients before informing me of more ahead. This lack of regard for my time led me to realize she doesn't value punctuality. With five people still ahead of me, I had to "reschedule" to save face, knowing I won't return or recommend her services. Her request for a $50 deposit without an apology for the hour wasted solidified my decision. I invested that money in hair products instead. That's the end of that chapter.
