The way she adorned the spa reflects her care for client comfort and the pride she takes in her craft. She guided me through the products she utilizes and recommended what would best suit my skin type based on the pre-assessment information I provided. I truly valued the fact that she listened to me and my concerns, taking the time to comprehend my skin needs. The facial was phenomenal! She explained each step and ensured my comfort throughout. Additionally, she offered LED blue light therapy, which I found beneficial. I opted for a deluxe facial that included a neck/shoulder/arm/hand massage so fantastic, you'd think Jaina offered full-body massages! Haha Overall, it was a superb experience, and I've already scheduled my next appointment! I also appreciated her post-appointment follow-up to check on my skin's progress. I genuinely believe Jaina will significantly improve my skin, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit!
