They were 20 minutes tardy and provided me with the worst eyelash extensions I've ever received (I've been getting extensions for 5 years from various technicians). I paid for a full set, yet they only spent 27 minutes on them. A proper full set typically takes 2-3 hours. I feel like I was deceived.
The newcomer is extremely impolite. She mentioned she wasn't in the mood to do my eyelashes when she arrived. She then suggested I chew gum because all scents were giving her a headache. After that, she commented on my baldness and hair loss. I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. I will be seeking services elsewhere.
