Natalie has been a true savior multiple times! Being a busy grad student, maintaining my hair is challenging. Natalie consistently works wonders on my hair, accommodating my schedule and offering a positive attitude. She's always available when I need her, engaging in pleasant conversations after a long day. Clearly passionate about her craft, she remembers the best products for each client. I highly recommend her services to everyone!
I phoned for a silk press. Although I'm a licensed cosmetologist capable of doing it myself, I desired the salon experience. Natalie's demeanor is unprofessional; she barely engages or communicates. She arrived late, didn't consult me, and charged $100 without any styling, trim, or treatment. I've never paid that much for a simple wash, blow dry, and straighten. She didn't explain any additional charges. Quick service with a decent outcome, but lacking in customer service and overall experience.
The absolute worst experience I've had. I left looking like a disaster. They claimed to have the color I wanted, but after bleaching my hair, they said that would suffice. Sitting there, I was baffled by the response; bleach isn't a color. I had to go buy the color they lied about having. Despite their sweet facade, they're dishonest. I strongly advise against them, even to my worst foe. Their salon name differs from Google, suggesting a shady past. Trust your instincts and find another stylist, especially for special events.
