I've never visited this spa before, and I phoned in a rush to get a needle and thread for a last-minute sewing project as all the craft stores had shut. The person who answered the phone at this spa kindly provided it to me for free! I felt incredibly grateful and appreciative for that gesture. The warmth and generosity were truly heartwarming. I paid for a full set, yet they only spent 27 minutes on them. A proper full set typically takes 2-3 hours.
