A recent one-star review was posted on Salon Salon's page by a woman who had never actually visited the salon. She had booked a lengthy appointment and canceled just two hours before without any apology. It can be challenging to fill last-minute cancellations, and when I explained this to her, she seemed upset. Our intention was not to be rude, but to emphasize the importance of respecting hair appointments. In case of emergency cancellations, we understand, but a little courtesy goes a long way. We value all our clients and hope for mutual respect in return.
After my visit to the salon, I was disappointed to find that my hair color did not turn out as expected. When I requested an adjustment within 24 hours, my request was denied. This was my second visit to the salon, and on my first visit, I left a generous tip and purchased products worth $60.
Just had my hair styled and colored at Salon Salon and I am thrilled with the results! The team at the salon always goes above and beyond to provide me with expert advice and care.
