This was my first visit to Macy's. I felt a bit overwhelmed and anticipated exorbitant prices. Taylor, the store manager, guided me in selecting the right hair dye and offered tips on maintaining its vibrancy. She recommended affordable shampoo and conditioner without pressuring me to buy the pricier options. If you seek a personalized shopping experience, this is the place to be! Visit during quieter hours for undivided attention.
My interaction at this store was less than satisfactory. The store manager (Taylor) seemed more inclined to assist other patrons. I was taken aback to discover he was the manager, especially after spending over a week and numerous hours on the phone with customer service to facilitate the return of an LED lamp. I wasted a significant amount of time and regret shopping at this establishment. I would have rated them with just one star, but I'll give them three stars since the issue was eventually resolved.
I am so grateful for the assistance provided by Taylor and her team! They were incredibly well-informed about the products I required, as well as items I had not even considered. The ambiance of the store was welcoming and impeccably clean. Every staff member was exceptionally friendly. Many thanks, Taylor! You have definitely earned my loyalty moving forward!
