I've been a regular at this salon for almost 2 years now due to its convenient location and affordable prices. However, I've noticed a continuous increase in prices during each visit. I'm unsure if this change is due to my lack of proficiency in French or my preference for using Venmo instead of cash. Regardless, being charged $50 for a simple bang trim and wash-and-set seems excessive. I specifically requested only a trim for my bangs, yet my hair ended up being layered without my consent. Considering this is a small salon in Montana, one would expect more reasonable pricing. A high-end salon I used to frequent in Portland charges similar rates but delivers far superior results. It appears the longer commute was truly worthwhile.
I am a loyal customer at this salon, visiting weekly, and have always been satisfied with the results. I make it a point to have the same stylist attend to me each time as she understands my preferences and consistently delivers great service in a timely manner.
Honestly, the only commendable aspect of this salon is their expertise in hair coloring and achieving flawless straightening. However, I strongly advise against getting a haircut here. If only the staff were more focused on their work rather than engaging in phone gossip, perhaps my bangs wouldn't resemble a child's handiwork. It baffles me that it took two employees multiple attempts to cut my bangs according to the reference picture I provided. It's evident that hairstyling is not their strong suit. I can't fathom spending $150 for such a disappointing experience. Stick to what you're good at, and please refrain from attempting services beyond your proficiency.
