A pal of mine had their hair trimmed and roots colored here after a positive first visit. Unfortunately, this time, they were extremely careless during the dyeing and cutting process. They ended up cutting uneven chunks and leaving the hair patchy with toner, with areas where the bleach didn't take. I raised this issue with the manager, but she became defensive and blamed it on the toner. Even if it was the toner's fault, it's still negligent to leave white patches in hair that should be a ginger shade. I usually have patience, but I strongly believe that individual should lose their license, especially the stylist who did the cut.
