A pal of mine had their hair trimmed and roots colored here after a positive first visit. Unfortunately, this time, they were extremely careless during the dyeing and cutting process. They ended up cutting uneven chunks and leaving the hair patchy with toner, with areas where the bleach didn't take. I raised this issue with the manager, but she became defensive and blamed it on the toner. Even if it was the toner's fault, it's still negligent to leave white patches in hair that should be a ginger shade. I usually have patience, but I strongly believe that individual should lose their license, especially the stylist who did the cut. If your hair is important to you, I highly recommend avoiding this establishment.
I adore visiting this place, the gentlemen are skilled and knowledgeable. I came in for a hair dye and a slight cut. The pricing is fantastic and they have plenty of open slots.
Friendly staff, quick service, reasonable prices. I entered and waited for only 2-3 minutes to be attended to. The brief delay was due to the stylist putting the final touches on the gentleman ahead of me. Great place, I'm all for it.
